Zachary is a sustainability integration expert with verifiable year-after-year success supporting impact-oriented organizations and enterprises across Africa to adopt innovative, sustainable business models, interventions, and operational strategies. He has extensive experience in clarifying business & sustainability performance and expectations of organizations and development programs in multiple markets and sectors. He is highly successful in developing and implementing sustainability integration strategies, exploring and attempting disruptive approaches to sustainable innovations, and delivering impactful capacity-building engagements. Over the past nine years, he has equipped over 100 clients across multiple industries with the right kind of strategies and tools for tackling today’s monumental sustainability challenges across Africa. He believes that tomorrow’s innovations, programs, and initiatives must aim for further improvements in sustainability performance to succeed. He helps his clients achieve this by initiating a mindset shift from incrementalism to increasingly exponential, experimental, breakthrough thinking and action in sustainability integration.
