She is a Principal Sustainability Consultant. We work together with our clients to identify the best way we can help them through their sustainability journey.

Serrainne is a Sustainability Integration Practitioner and a skilled trainer with over a decade experience in supporting organizations to increase their knowledge about the Sustainable Development Goals, developing environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategies and designing innovative solutions for sustainability challenges.

Her skillset prominently features Training Facilitation and Curriculum Design, Policy development, Design Thinking, Sustainable Strategy Integration, Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Entrepreneurship Advisory, Social Innovation & Impact Management, Gender and Development, Behaviour Change, Corporate Governance, Organizational Development, Leadership, Coaching & Mentorship. Serrainne is a 2015 UN -HABITAT Youth Mentor, 2013 HESHIMIKA Excellency Ambassador and 2011 MILEAD Fellow (Moremi Initiative for Women’s Leadership in Africa).

She holds a certificate in African Sustainability Leadership (Strathmore Business School), Executive Masters in Organization Development (United States International University – Africa) and Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies (Kampala International University.)

Serrainne is an avid reader and an ardent lover of jazz, rhumba, classical music and performing arts. She loves to travel and interact with other cultures. Her personal mission is to serve as an African woman change engineer championing the cause for sustainable leadership and inclusive social development for poverty eradication.
