Project: Capacity Building for Social impact–oriented SMEs.
Assignment: The British council mandated a capacity-building program for SESOK staff and some select members to help the association contribute better to business environment reform in Kenya, structured dialogue and its support to its members. The Training Needs Analysis was conducted to identify capacity enhancement gaps to which a targeted training program was designed. The selected modules and model of delivery was informed by the participants needs and SESOK’s key objectives
