I am highly experienced in International Development and research, Humanitarian Project evaluations, Governance, and Public policy formulation, Gender Analysis surveys; Child Protection and Child Rights analysis, and Organizational Development (Strategy, system reviews, & Assessment). I have conducted researcher in Gender, Youth and Child Rights analysis; economic and social economic national and community-based initiatives, and humanitarian and sustainable development studies for more than 10 years. I am currently pursuing PhD in International Development (Development Studies, Conflict and Diplomacy) at USIU.

I hold a Master’s in International Relations (Development, Diplomacy and Peace and Conflict); Masters in Public Policy and Administration (MPPA); an Executive Master’s degree in Organizational Development (EMOD) from United States International University, and Bachelor of Information Systems from United States International University. I have worked for World Bank on Poverty Eradication M&E Projects, and Sustainable Development Projects. I have conducted organizational project-based surveys (Baselines, Mid-Term, an End-Term Reviews) for International NGOs including UNDP, UNICEF, Plan International, Care International, Save the Children, Oxfam, HorizonT3000, USAID and DFID, Coffey International, Terre des Hommes among others.
